it logged you out & took a while to load lmfao not a single kilobyte disappeared
It didn't log me out, I was in my account. The library was not there for a solid 20 minutes until I deleted the app
this y i never liked apple music. they force u to sync ur itunes to even make playlists n then start changing/deleting s*** (e.g., cover art, titles, etc). the functionality is mad slow and even retrieving ur original library is a convoluted headache

and then it was there, right?
How are y'all caping so hard for a streaming service?
Don't matter how I got it back or not, the point is this s*** should not be happening period
I think its crazy you dont get that I'm on your side lol I have an mp3 player, vinyl, etc. The taking away of even that proprietary ownership is the point
I definitely misunderstood you friend you’re absolutely correct

Thank you.

That does not matter, something like that should not happen on a service I've been paying for for 11 straight years

mostly because you don’t seem to understand this was an app/phone-side issue, nothing to do with the streaming service at all
your songs were all there when it properly logged you back in

ok so throw away your phone & cancel your cell plan, just carry around a hard drive & a usb cord with you at all times

It was not my phone because the issue was still there even after restarting my phone

This nigga real life got a Tim Cook cape on his back right now

good thing everything else i said still applies and theres a plethora of other reasons to go with anything other than apple music

People hated on Edison’s lightbulbs too, and now look where we are
Streaming the new lightbulb

At least I know with a USB and hard drive my entire library won't disappear at any given moment
It was not my phone because the issue was still there even after restarting my phone
already know the IT team at your job hates you
already know the IT team at your job hates you
I've literally never had an IT issue at my job

and i pray for their sake you never will
good thing everything else i said still applies and theres a plethora of other reasons to go with anything other than apple music
no it doesn’t lmao, syncing is fast asf nowadays
also your other criticism is meaningless. “they make you sync your library to sync your playlists” isn’t a negative
your entire point of view is like you just came out of a 10 year coma
good thing everything else i said still applies and theres a plethora of other reasons to go with anything other than apple music
double post
and i pray for their sake you never will
An app freezing is a glitch. A song being greyed out is a glitch. An entire library's worth of music vanishing from your phone in seconds is not a glitch, that's unacceptable, no matter how quickly you were able to resolve it or not.

no, that is still very much a glitch
is it a frustrating glitch? yes
does that make it something else? no, it’s still a glitch
does that have anything to do with the streaming service? no, it was resolved by reinstalling the app
use the Feedback app to report the glitch to Apple devs
