there was pretty much a colonial-era latin american caste system where the darkest skin was the lowest tier and white was always seen as the best skin and some want to fit in with what they see as the best

All we have video of is them hitting him in the arms and legs to stop him from clinging to the aisle and go down. The video shows them doing exactly what they should be doing with an unarmed person resisting tbh. Instead of making it a fight, they overwhelm him and get him down and cuffed without pulling a gun or doing some wild s***.

They pretty much did all of the s*** people say cops should have done in cases where someone gets shot or seriously assaulted by cops.
