Never really ran the second one, was it any good?
It was a huge let down for many when taking Trap Soul in consideration.
I liked half of it really much and the other half was just very mid. Like he forgot to trim the fat and ditch the weak songs before dropping the album.
It didn't really do well with critics and general listeners and i feel like that's where he began to feel conflicted with his own music, since it was the first time he really got criticized a lot music wise after his sudden rise to fame where everybody was calling him the next big thing to follow up Drake
edit: if you liked Trapsoul be sure to give it a spin though, because there's still some gems in there. I just feel like overall it was a step back and the production wasn't anything special either
