just finally checked out calypso and yeah, he’s coming with some fire on this one

3/3 on the singles and all are very strong, really hoping he keeps going like this all over the album cause if that’s the case then it could be easily his best since trapsoul and perhaps even compete with it

cover is not good to me i lowkey hate it and think it’s tacky but i fw the aesthetic overall

theme feels refreshing and not overused at all yet, looks really dope on the tracklist (and even the tour poster is alright)

i like that he’s going with a certain art direction at least, that wasn’t really ever the case with bryson so i especially appreciate him for trying this time

On Anniversary he was dipping into that 90s RnB type s***, and that’s my bag. This is more of your typical Bryson I’d say, the RnB is mixed with him getting his bars off. Im not the biggest Bryson fan, I was shocked when I loved Anniversary lol. So for all I know, this is exactly what Bryson fans have been wanting. I’m intrigued to see the reaction
