I’ve already answered this three times

What you’re trying to say is that you simply don’t agree with the way that the Korean government is set up regarding art, which is a separate conversation

I’m specifically speaking on kpop not art in general so no

It’s not. That’s some TV s***. It’s not based in reality. It’s 2026, we all have internet we see how unimportant entertainers are in the grand scheme of things

Artist speaking out on issues connects specific topics to people on an oversaturated internet

Kpop haters might be as letarded as the fans

    I’ve never liked bts btw

You’re saying you don’t like the way that Kpop is funded and pushed by the South Korean government

That’s because the South Korean government censors and controls the art that gets produced by their country

It has nothing to do with Kpop specifically

It does have to do with kpop specifically because they mentioned kpop by name as an industry they see as similar to the automotive industry. If they said this about all Korean art and entertainment you’d have a point. But they specify kpop

Yes because Kpop is one of their most valuable exports. If all of their exports were as valuable as Kpop then they would say the same thing

We’ve explained to you over 10 times why exporting art matters more to Korea than America

Do you think k pop demon hunters is controlled too ? Korean shows booming on Netflix

Much of Korean art criticizes the government or culture or shows similarities to ours be it music movies tv or games

    BECAUSE K POP

    POP BEING POPULAR

IS MOST ACCESSIBLE TO THE LARGEST AMOUNT OF CONSUMERS

can be instantly accessed on Internet and to get a new consumer in is 3 minutes of time on a streaming service

Creating a car , tv show , movie cost more

I was never really arguing the “why”. Obviously there’s a reason they focus on kpop.

Your point is more than it making money because we told you the way to make money is to be worldwide multiple times . Some of it does criticize the government not all of it is cultural appropriation or a ministrel show

You think artist just are apolitical for no reason and not because it affects their popularity and how the media treats them

Because the media doesn’t want revolutionary artist of the past

  • Mar 21
