xanman866 but the most "perfect" season is probably 3.
I think 4 is the weakest overall season but it has the some of the strongest individual episodes of the show whereas 6 is the strongest overall season to me but has some of the weakest individual episodes.
what about season 2? - i heard many people like 3 - but i think that season 2 is one of the best season of television ever

i just hope they don’t bring Buffy Summers back just to pass the torch and disappear by mid S1. that’d be mad disappointing

Season 2 is great I think most people would consider 2 and 3 to be the peak of the show

7 was weird tbh, rly felt like a struggle season with so many hamfisted story developments, but I was happy with the ending we got tbh. my friend who I watched first 5 seasons with also didn't like 4 and I kinda get it, the season plot is clunky, but it got some of my fav episodes tbh

I'm intrigued but I rly dunno if they can make it work without Whedon tbh.. his dialogue, bold plot twists and worldbuilding is what made the show. Hope they at least get some of the former writers and showrunners like Jane Espenson back
