Starbucks is one of the worst companies on this planet to work for, but I worked at a location where I could have comfortably stayed for a long time because of my workmates/job satisfaction. I've worked fast food and we had plenty of 10+ year excellent workers in the kitchen that never got the chance to try anything else.
