kitchen/commercial close time has always been much earlier from service close and it’s to prevent people from staying past hours.

Anyone who is familiar with commercial industry knows that they have different times

if businesses are expected to operate within all their hours, they should also be expected to boot any customer who stays past the posted closing whether or not they received their product
