Maybe not Islam or Mexico but probably the others yeah

I trust that Kanye’s not going to do something violent or even encourage violence, but I have no idea where this is going.

It does just feel like he’s trying to specifically get as many trump voters on his side as he can. I’m pretty sure he’s succeeding too. I’m not all the way tapped into right wing stuff but those kinds of guys are loving all of this.

I doubt he himself will be violent at all but he will normalize hateful rhetoric further among younger people, which will be used to justify violence against them

We can already see it on this site

    Stop infantilizing him

This is not even remotely helpful to his wealth and influence. This is an objectively terrible investment, all politics aside.

You would’ve said the same thing about the slavery is a choice comments but he got richer after that

He has mastered the controversy economy

The outrage will eventually settle down a little bit while he will still have won over the right more

He’s attempting to use the right

You wouldn’t have thought all his antics in 2018 would have helped either

    But somehow it did

Your comment just proves my point. He got wealthier over that time because of the success of a shoe brand, not politics. He got wealthier in spite of the 'slavery is a choice' comment, because it only served to alienate part of his fanbase without bringing in a proportionate number of right wingers.

The right wing doesn't really care for Kanye, no matter how many hats he wears or how many talking points he steals from Candace Owens. He's like the YK Osiris of the right wing mediascape.

  • Oct 17, 2022

Only way he can redeem himself is kamikazing around a large group of conservatives and congress/house members

The controversies help him remain relevant

    As strange as it is

They help push the shoes and anything he does

Who did he really alienate cause they still streamed Donda

If you think he is as big as he was in 2016 musically, you're simply ignorant. Still, it's true that Donda had great numbers for 4.5 days of sales. But it didn't do numbers because of 'slavery is a choice', it did numbers despite it.

That last part is what you don't seem to be grasping.
