Strictly going off of acclaim, Fiona Apple and Charli XCX.
But nah....there's been a lot of great albums so far this decade and its hard to pin it down to one album or artist.
Love how nobody is using stream count to justify their choices real music s***
Why you never put me onto this tho?
didnt want to interrupt your bro country programme with some dusty prairie boi psych
thats @Galaxy job
Newer artist I'll throw in, but reggie has a lot of potential to drop a classic, but we'll see after his debut

If he ever blows up/gets mainstream recognition at any point in the future, this will retroactively be seen as one of if not the best album of the 2020s. The quality is there, it’s both forward thinking and referential, it’s insanely personal yet chaotic & unpredictable… it just hasn’t been heard by enough people yet:
strong contender
The level of songwriting, instrumentation, world building, and sheer amount of amazing songs on here is so rare. It's very possible we don't get an album like this again this decade

Hey i only put 2 country albums on that honorable mentions list so dont believe the convienent rumors of the public... even though one of them made up 90% of my total music playtime last year
Mk.gee and Dijon are very strong contenders
I think if Jay Elect drops another full length then he is. Same goes for Frank and Jai Paul
All good picks

Just looked at the spreadsheet and Taylor Swift has AOTD

agreed its a staggering opus of epic proportions
its not the only one though; Donda, Rough & Rowdy Ways, American Heartbreak
Nothing is topping Lux i dnt think, frank might drop the best and will have the best 2020s album like he had the best 2010s album

Love Two Star but I feel like he still has a lot of potential & room to grow
His sophomore LP could be the true classic I think
Jessy Lanza's next one
Maybe even Burial. Hyperdub can shock us this decade
Listen to this one as well sophomorelounge.bandcamp.com/album/ryan-davis-the-roadhouse-band-new-threats-from-the-soul
