I don't think those who are recently homeless because of a natural disaster are feeling very empowered to enact change right now, though I'm sure it's easy to feel differently behind the safety of your computer screen.

And hey, if you're safe and in the position to offer something to those less fortunate. You should. I'm 6 miles from one of the costliest disasters in American history and I'm still trying to do that. Maybe you feel like you're contributing something to the world by being an a****** to people you've never met at their lowest point.

People out here need a lot of things right now, but they don't need your opinion.

you dont think people are radicalized through being abandoned by their country's fascist ruling class?

what exactly are people radicalized by then, bad vibes? obviously the situation is bad but this will only repeat infinitely and on a wider scale unless americans defeat their own imperialist government, who are not only causing climate destruction domestically but all around the world (and those who are less developed will suffer far more).

On the positive side of things

Malibu likely not being rebuilt means there will be a lot of public access and ecological management restored to that beautiful beach
