My thing with COD is that it's either futuristic or WWII.

Like you can do Cold War stuff more, there are lesser known wars that could build on or add some Spec Ops/SWAT, f*** around with Marine Corps or even do a Air Force, hell, even sprinkle that WWII stuff with some espionage stuff.
