it's listed relatively to just MW2 maps
BO2's S tier map would be on MW2's B tier, at best

watch bo2 footage on pc max settings and its stunning how much time and effort they put into optimizing this game and its visuals.
the baked global illumination and AO, weapon and stage materials. lighting.
10 year old game at 1440p + 144hz looks and feels better than cold war at comparable settings. crazy

i agree with IW actually supporting and taking it upon themselves to push the game and franchise in a better, more realistic direction that maintains the core s***, but lets no pretend it changed the franchise back
It's still not like old cod though and prob never will, it's too mainstream and brings in a s*** ton of money
