There is a bad standard set when companies can sell 15 year old games for full price or that of a newer game

$40 is not a fair deal for that regardless of how much we all love the games. Specifically in an era where we are losing our ability to truly own our media and instead are simply licensing the rights to play or consume at the companies’ discretion.

While paid DLC is not technically an omission since the DLC was never included in base versions originally, it is also asinine that they are charging for DLC when they are already reselling you the game at such an inflated market rate, solely for the ability to play on servers that aren’t vulnerable, hacked, or on an Xbox. I think it is yet another bad precedent set by a gaming company this month
