Colemanf*** this update man. last cod i played was bo3 where it had the challenges to unlock outfits and cooler ones in lootboxes you could earn by playing. this game finally adds some outfits and they’re like “you want em? aight get the battlepass for $10 so you’re allowed to do the challenges to unlock some or buy each for $10 also”
and i paid $70 for this s***
the loot box system in bo3 was worse in every single way

all the loot boxes were bad because on top of padding them full of random s*** so you had almost no chance of getting the things you wanted unless you paid a ton you were also still paying for map packs

Yea free map packs is the best part about having an item shop. I'm just not a fan of bundles or the high prices in a full priced game

i didn’t realize this was a hot take lmao. they prob suck compared to the pass and shop if you’re paying money but you can’t just get a bunch of s*** for free by playing the game anymore. i’m not paying $10 for skins
