Playing solo with a good K/D is the worst because you get 3-4 bots put on your team in S&D lobbies

Eazy or EzPI still don't really understand this argument, why do people act as if they're guaranteed to lose after they win a game or two? To me it sounds less like an issue of SBMM and more of an issue of not being a consistent player or confirmation bias when someone has one or two "good games" out of ten
I had a 2+ KD for the majority of the time I played and I never won a match (or a few matches) and felt like I was guaranteed to lose the next few. I did have matches where I did worse, everyone does as you can't win them all, but I felt like it was less of an issue of SBMM and more of an occurance of natural variance (team skill, team loadouts, maps, SBMM calibration which isn't not necesarilly a bad thing, etc.,)
This is the first new era CoD I've owned but I always heard about how people didn't like SBMM, but when I actually played the game it just seemed like people wanted to have easier high K/D games instead of playing against people who will actually make it difficult for them. It's just very odd coming from a fighting game background where we want things like SBMM, at LEAST a very moderate version of it, as we are constantly looking for ways to make it easier for casual and new players to enjoy our games
SBMM is suitable for competitive gameplay not for casuals and public match playlist. Public match is mixed in with everyone. Some people sweating. Some just off of work chilling. Noobs. Overall casual players.
There are people who want a difficult challenge against them and in the past CoDs there was a ranked mode or league mode for that. SBMM was created really to cater to noobs having a easier game session and not being throw into sweaty lobbies where they had no chance. The issue is in the past CoDs 2008-2013 people like myself who was noobs didn’t have that opportunity. There was no SBMM. All noobs are gana match against whoever And we just have to adapt and get better, now a noob in this generation can just play people as terrible as them all day and not really have a challenge. And plus who wants to sweat every match in pubs? Stomping out noobs and getting high kill gameplays is what is fun. If I wanna play comp I’ll go to a comp playlist- Mar 23, 2021UIP
