There was a lot more in those bills than direct cash payments. Billions to Teamsters union members and manufacturers to create jobs in the SW. Point is the guy was happy to co-sign and promote it as the most progressive admin since FDR as they became its biggest advocates then switch up the day after. He’s trying to have his cake and eat it too.
