This isn't in the article so I didn't want to include it in op and I'm not a big believer on conspiracy theories but Bill Gates has been known to talk about a need to control the population especially in recent years. He seems to be a big believer on the debunked "overpopulation" myth.
I'm concerned that he may actually take it upon himself to implement this scheme and I was just thinking hypothetically who could stop him? He works with WHO so they'd side with him.
