ill still probably listen to it on the first day but the tracklist killed all my hype for this album
@Antidote time for you to step up and make the real Funk Wav Bounces Vol.2
He should have just let it go tbh. I own the vinyl of the first one. This album was iconic. Even the "lackluster" b side were good. How do you f*** a single with JT and Pharrel and then go to the album "nah let me safe it with a part 2" If this is the beginning of JT coming back he can leave. Look how does this album even make me question JT lol So bad man. I give a listen and if it not hitting i am over harris.
not tryna sound like an oldhead but goddamn the feature list disparity between the 2 is ridiculous what happened

honestly my belief is that sony forced him to make a sequel, i know he left that door open cuz he named it vol.1 but he was p damn set on not making a second one for ages.
It would explain why the singles so far sound uninspired, why the features arent that big and why that 21 song is on it ( i think someone said it was a leftover from vol 1.)
but thats just my theory
yo who ever wanted to hear Jorja Smith and Durk on the same joint.
still might end up being one of the best songs, seeing this track list
damn idk about that tracklist. in vol1 he put ariana young thug and pharrel on the same song
New Money sucks so bad, just now hearing this and it’s pretty bad, 21 is so overrated

21 could’ve worked on here but the beat isn’t that crazy and i’m 99% sure they’re using 2017 vocals cause 21 doesn’t rap like that anymore
first album had so much sauce just by looking at the feature list
frank ocean
travis scott
ariana grande
migos
kehlani
future
khalid
PND
yachty
nicki
it was trendy but still fresh
lot of the artists on here just don’t got it on the same level as the originals
