One thing that Donald had a problem with was gimmicks being attached to the music (felt like a defense mechanism) BTI was basically his only fully normal studio album every other project had some gimmick to it. Stn mtn kawai a mixtape, Awaken my love had no music videos and the pharaohs Joshua tree s***. Altavista dint even have track names or anything normal about it and the last album was a soundtrack for a non existent movie.

I think Donald just needs to dedicate himself to being a musician primarily for his next project. I don’t need some revolutionary thing we just need him wanting to be a musician. Like I know he’s recovering from health problems so I’m not expecting a big tour but like yea idk I just think he’s great at making music and he don’t need these lil gimmicks he dat dude
