How one go about getting a script into the right hands?

Query production studios, agents, or talent managers through email and hope for a response unfortunately.

Unless you have connections or you want to make it on your own, maybe you can find a local director + crew and try to get donations

I dont think anyone would just take a script and use it for a movie even if its good. U gotta have experience in the process of making movies which comes from either knowing someone who gives u a chance or going to school for film

Its like a unknown producer sending beats to lil wayne. Even if the beats are dope chances are he gets overlooked in favor of established producers

That’s why it’s best to go through a literary agent or manager who has connections to studios but OP would have to decide if he wants to be a screenwriter full time they won’t sign someone who’s a one and done only trying to sell a single movie script

An idea don’t really mean s*** if you can’t write. And writing is very difficult. You either have to struggle for years or at least be a low-grade genius. Probably both. The more critical you are, the better.
