Elden Ring and Bloodborne are must plays but if you’re easing back into gaming wait a bit for those since they are difficult af for someone not familiar with the games.

If you like Yakuza games, the 2 judgment games are perfect. It’s a spin-off of Yakuza that I might slightly like a little bit more.

Witcher 3 is a big must play if you haven’t

Persona 5 Royal if you’re into JRPGs. Soul Hackers 2 comes out on the 26th. Dragon Quest 11.
Genshin impact is free and at bare minimum the gameplay is fun. (Beware of s***ty Gacha)

Multiversus is a free fun take on smash like gameplay

If you like simulation games: Stardew Valley os a great farming game. Two point hospital and two point campus are great games as well.

I’m a rouge lite/like fiend, so I have to heavy recommend one step from Eden and Hades. Hades is more of an action game that loops when you die and you never play the same run twice. One Step From Eden is easily one of my favorite games of all time now and a take on Mega Man Battle Network deck building/grid system if you ever played that growing up
