Is there any digital imprint on my files which can show that this beat was made with unlicensed software or not?
I haven't sold even one beat yet but if I'm going to, then I want to know if it's traceable or not, what if someone buys the beat and then finds out that I haven't bought the software.
I don't use sample kits, just synths, drums etc.
I consider buying the programm, but I want to know if anybody will buy my beats in the first place.
pretty sure I remember an Interview with Young Chop when he said he didn't pay for any software when he made BFTD
No, penalty is 30 years in jail
this a funny thing about Omnisphere tho considering loops and one shots are sold constantly that use omni presets
@op i had a friend do this and when his song got a lil traction FL studio dead ass contacted him telling him he needed to buy a copy.
nah you're good lol
half the business in both music and graphic design running off pirated software
Industry producers be using pirated software don't beat yourself up over it. Of course pay if you got that type of bread but You know your in the minority when there's videos of southside and pierre with Utorrent open.
It isn’t traceable but I personally would feel like a piece of s*** if I didn’t pay for my software and then made money from being a thief.
There’s a guy on YouTube that got contacted by Image Line over a pirated copy of FL. If they don’t see your name in their database they can take legal action.

this s*** crazy lmao
In case of an investigation by any federal entity or similar, I do not have any involvement with this group or with the people in it, I do not know how I am here, probably added by a third party, I do not support any actions by the member of this group.

I understand the concern but this concept still baffles me lmao
I could not even imagine paying for software unless they got they’re ilok on point and there’s no way to pirate
