She has one of the top 4 or 5 most progressive voting records since she has been in office. “Progressive” doesn’t begin and end with single payer healthcare...

The report says she was the 3rd most “liberal” not progressive number 1.

    Why are you doing this

And why it wasn't there during the primaries, when kamala only had 844 votes

    People like winners
    She helped beat Trump
    Kinda milfy
    Ticks all the diversity boxes

People really been trying to appropriate the term “progressive” to mean whether or not you’re Bernie Sanders these past 4-5 years

Really good senator, she’s a progressive (https://progressivepunch.org/scores.htm?house=senate) that’s not divisive, incredibly intelligent

Encourage everyone to read about her real record:

    https://medium.com/@blackwomenviews/50-criminal-justice-reforms-accomplishments-by-kamala-harris-cf314eeaad2e

Also I tend to respect black women’s judgement on political candidates, which she has a very strong base of

    Damn
Biden’s win got you neo-liberals EMBOLDENED

people forget she was senator in the perhaps most progressive state that is California. And is the true left wing option for senators because Feinstein can be a little iffy at times

Media propaganda played a part especially by the regulars like CNN

There was a massive flip of a switch the day she got tapped for VP nominee. Was kinda unreal. Went from criticisms but understanding if she were to be picked to full blown praise and celebration

I saw it even have an affect on my parents who were quite skeptical of her the days prior. Once they saw news and how they were shaping her then it looked like a massive success all of a sudden. Liberal leaning news couldn't afford for there to be a doubt on her so they went all in on lifting her up

    Their methodology: progressivepunch.org/whatIsProgScore.htm

So she is actually only top 10, but the point remains that she has voted as one of the most progressive members of the Senate

    not far from Schumer tho

    and im still not impressed

and as I said the metrics are a bit skewed
    ex: washingtonpost.com/politics/2020/08/13/is-kamala-harris-really-most-liberal-senator-trump-claims

    We will see.

  • Nov 12, 2020

Kamala had 844 votes because she dropped out before the primaries lol
I knew she was angling for VP when she did that
As to why ppl like her — inveterate strivers have charisma, I suppose.

Makes me wonder how dems would handle 2024 if Trump won

It’s hilarious they’re trying to cry about republicans de legitimizing our country by questioning these election results like they did not do the exact same thing last election in a far worse way by literally conducting a federal investigation only to get absolutely nothing and then still continuing to say that election was fraudulent

The media still would convey to the American people that the 2016 election was compromised too

Shattered two ceilings with her election (first woman VP and first black + south asian VP)

Also she's not Trump or Mike Pence, so that's a plus.

    this tbh

representation matters. i don't be believing what she says 50% of the time but I still think its important for women 2 see it is possible for them to be at the top top of this s*** too. (well i mean theres still pres to go but u know what i mean)

If you're not a woman i don't want 2 see none a yall saying how women should feel about the first female VP in US history.

Let people be excited for that, if nothing else, and focus on what we can do
