  • Going to see my therapist soon but this is what is happening and it's really detremental.

    I wake up and my mindset is usually the best I don't even know how to describe it because I'm not in it but it's very motivated. But slowly through out the day, working out or a few miscovinceouses with work my mindset changes. During this time I feel depressed or something and everything annoys me, I feel super lazy and feel like I know what to do with my life but when I'm in a different mindset I know exactly what I want kind of.

    Nah lmao I was just gonna say as a young one this is very natural but if ur like 21+ u should ask urself is it a psychological effect or physical? If it's a physical sensation of losing energy then u might wanna look into changing diet/exercise. Therapists can't help with physical issues
