when i was in college for journalism a few years ago i downloaded a twitter bot to follow like 3k people lol, just went to some other big time journalist in my state's followers and had it go down the list

maybe 1/8 of them followed back, and then i had the bot go back and unfollow everyone

ive still got like 800 followers rn and im positive i'd be at like 300 if it wasnt for that s*** lmaooo

i think they made it a lot harder to do that tho now sadly

twitter is great imo easily my favorite social media. its incredibly toxic too but you gotta just look at it the right way. 99% of people on there wouldn't say the s*** they say outta nowhere in public. some people think thats bad but i like it for that aspect

What are you into? I really say go and follow 200 accounts that look interesting to you and go from there. I love getting high at night and reading crazy replies, clicking their account and seeing what they're into and going from there lol. found some great ones along the way
