They talk more about some guy named Alek than they do about Kanye. Who is Alek?

Also a lot of mod posts lately are about how they have nothing to do with leaks - meanwhile they promote group buys so that doesn't add up?

And what's this whole world of group buys? How do they get in touch with these people?

I swear the album is probably delayed because of them. I would not be surprised. But I just get into that reddit and don't understand a thing

Alek is a dude who has unreleased music, some from Kanye. YL wanted to group buy OG Lift Yourself and the dude private bought it before they even started it (I think the whole thing is cap).

Then YL users started to whine and talk s*** about everyone so one dude decides to preview some Donda music as a f*** you to YL but Alek says the dude is full of crap so he shares some real snippets from Donda. Kacey Pluto (dude working with Ye) finds out and he tweets something like "Leakers 🤬🤬🤬".

YL freaks out, privated the sub, then come back and mods say someone from Ye's camp told them the leaks push back the album. So decide they are about news, not leaks anymore

I think they all suck, leaks definitely ruin the album experience.

Ive heard of cases for some artists where anything that leaked gets scrapped and albums end up being not half of what they could have been.

Why does this Alek guy have all this music? Why does Kanye even allow it to be so easy to leak?

Alek: got it from someone else, Ye's camp got hacked or someone sold him the songs.

I think Kanye shares a lot of music via email or links, it's not like WTT anymore
