KTT1 there was a reason given for locked threads 90% of the time and if someone was perma banned or temp banned there was a Reason given to you every time you login 100% of the time

Don't know how this hasn't always been a thing. Mods on this site generally go unchecked and moderate based on personal feeling a lot of the time.
No real accountability or method to the madness.

But no matter what in order for anything to happen to a thread, a mod will have to do that so why is it not apart of that process that a reason for the action needs to be given. Either posted in the thread for a move or lock, or dm to the op if it’s deleted
Imagine if in high school you got a detention but no one could tell you who gave you the detention, or why you got it, but you still have to serve it
that would be difficult for them seeing as its hard to keep up with what is and isnt allowed
mods cant decide whether or not threads relating to a certain artist should exclusively be in their respective sxn’s or not lol

How would it be hard? I’m not saying they need to be objectively correct in their reasoning but at least have some accountability and stand by your reasoning by letting it be known why you did what you did
I’m not saying they need to give a reason that we like/agree with lol.. just something, imo

I’d say that this thread was mostly locked due to timing of the thread being created there were also a bunch of loser and anti women threads being made (I didn’t know that at the time) & so my thread got lumped in with those. And the thread also started to get largely off topic/shitposting outside of a few ppl
Plus it’s a controversial click bait title and the actual content of the thread is more nuanced than just saying “you’re doing it wrong” so it should’ve been phrased more like “hey guys, here’s a thought, what do you guys think?”
I think the mods do a good job but for me to even get that explanation I had to make a thread in help sxn instead of that just being stated in the thread as one of the last messages before lock
