your leaders destroy entire countries and the united states was founded on genocide and slavery but nobody calls george washington a "dictator". nobody calls angela merkel a "dictator" for being in charge of germany for nearly 20 years but ofc the leaders of small third world countries get called "dictator" when they stand up against imperialism and plunder. the issue is that westerners know less than nothing about the rest of the world but if you tell them "brown guy/asian guy = dictator", they eat that s*** up.
