what song is that in the background. i know it. is it a kanye joint?
That's Wolves.
Yes and no... everybody could tell Drake was going to be huge right from the beginning. Maybe we didn’t think he’d be as big as he is but everybody around here knew the kid was going far.
I don’t think we can say the same for DaBaby
Who’s everyone
Drake legit sucked ass until 2010-11
Travis, Post, and Uzi are more likely to run the next decade due to their versatility and big fanbase while Da Baby has no versatility and his fanbase is not as strong as these guys

is this sarcasm? i always find it really easy to see through the big artists and see if they'll last very long. people who think dababy is going to be around for a long time are kidding themselves. probably will continue to be popular in the community but similar to people like yachty to where everyone still knows him but he's not going to be making very much noise in a couple years

Show me a solo yachty YT video that did 100 mill in a month
Yachtys popularity was over exaggerated
yea i agree w that; i hope he switches it up.
rap is looking strong for this decade though. dababy, gunna, ruddy, sheck wes, shmurda when he get out, 6ix9ine i guess, blueface, tjay. who else
the cream always rises to the top
Only 3 of these rappers are good lol

when did i ever say they were the same popularity? i'm saying that dababy will fade from the forefront of radio rap music but will still be well known in the community like someone like lil yachty.

but like i said, yachts popularity was overrated
he was never actually popping like dababy rn
everyone might know him but nobody really checked for him
Bro like 30 already he gone retire halfway thru the decade
Bro is 28, JID old ass older than DaBaby
It’s someones decade y’all have never heard of yet, bank on it
Only smart post itt

this is just not true lol. yachty was massively popular. his features on broccoli and ispy propelled those songs to being top 5 songs. 1night was massive with over 125m views on spotify and more streams than every dababy song aside from suge. dababy has more songs popping at one time but everyone knew yachty.
either way none of that really matters because it doesnt change the fact that dababy is pretty 1 dimensional and his sound is getting played out and he wont have longevity in the next decade.

feats tho.
everyone knew yachty but it doesn't mean people were checking for him. what albums of his went #1
meanwhile dababy second studio album went #1 and sold more than any up and coming rapper
btw i really think juicewrld would've run this decade

dude, he is not early into his career? he's been dropping tapes since 2015. he has 13 f***ing mixtapes all to get to this point where he uses the same cadence and flow on jetson beats. you made the comparison to drake but drakes first mixtapes showed far more diversity than what dababy has showed almost 5 years and 15 (fifteen) projects into his career. dude will be a thing of the past in a couple years
