Foobar just looks too f***ing outdated for me tbh

you can't watch a massive film on your 32 inch screen, upgrade it yourself, not have to worry about a mousepad getting you killed when you run your wrist across it, and all that for half the price with the same power. Also batteries
That'd make sense especially if I switch from AM to Spotify monthly but the 10k song limit i'd hit very soon
I barely use my laptop for music so it doesn't bother me much 🤷♀️
Tidal if I’m on my laptop.
For custom music mostly iTunes.
the real og
Used to run iTunes too before it but after they changed it like you said in OP I switched to MusicBee. Got Spotify premium after it too for new releases and because my phone storage just wasn't enough. Combo works pretty well

Does it support flac?
Yeah
Might give it a go, I mostly use a dap for all my own music.

Digital Audio Player, I use it as a transport for my DAC. Best combination for great audio quality.

Imma keep it a buck, besides FLAC/WAV idc about getting the best quality
If you’re not using spotify are you really listening to music?
Im worried about keeping my local files on spotify tbh, spotify all around is kind of mid

Even with flac/wav a dac makes a huge difference.

PC sound cards will never really be as good unless you spent a huge amount on the machine. It’s not mandatory but only if you really appreciate good quality.
Mostly audiophiles lol
