depends. if you act disrespectful towards me because you hold authority i will act the same towards you. but if you're a responsible and respectful leader i will respect you.

Dont get me wrong i get along fine w my coworkers im pretty reticent in nature but if we vibin we vibin, my main issue really is supervisors with those power trips but if they talk to me like a normal human being yeah ion mind going the extra mile or staying a bit longer when im beat.

That is def gonna take time, but when its all said nd done its gonna be great, i want it setup where if you dont have any experience np! You'll get trained nd still get paid, i want my employees to want to stay 5+ yrs not due to obligations but bc they enjoy it, i rather that than a revolving door of workers nd big companies love being on that type of time
