There's degrees of "fakeness" so i don't really know what you mean. But my friends ain't and I'm not gon be calling out some stranger for being fake lol

Depends on the kind of fake, sometimes you can tell people are putting on a persona but they're charming to be around, but when somebody's doing it in a manipulative/boastful way it can be insufferable

Either way I'm not gonna turn a social situation into a debate about how fake someone is, not worth it

I am fairly affluent, but in a macro sense the lasting impressions we leave on people are large and I find myself being hyper vigilant around people.

It's not that I can't socialize, it's more so that I have an overarching issue with not knowing the lasting impressions I will have on others, and vice versa.

Similarly I don't have a good barometer of what a good social impression is to maintain, as there are degrees to which I can be "myself" within social situations.

I find myself having social affluence but it comes off to me as pandering, or machiavellian.
