I’ve conducted leadership workshops and have done some life coaching and it’s definitely a thing

Whether it’s intuitive or knowing certain patterns through body language, choice of words, eye contact, phrases and more

People’s bodies speak before they open their mouths, the way a person walks and conducts themselves is always sending a message

I believe in both the spiritual aspect of it and the more logical side of it

I’m studying to become a therapist atm, you’d be surprised by how certain people conduct themselves that have been through the same traumas
