It’s crazy that this movie, of all movies, has a score this good. It’s just dreamy and beautiful.

Apparently it was used in an episode of Euphoria as well? I haven’t watched the show, but in all the comment sections people are saying it

Also this movie is weird. It’s got a notorious reputation, but none of the gore or anything happens until the last few minutes, and the movie follows the worst people ever. It’s more of an adventure movie and the last few minutes get gory when the villagers fight back and kill the evil journalists.

It’s about a guy’s journey into the jungle to figure out what happened to some missing journalists who were making a documentary, he finds their footage and watches it. It shows that they tormented the villagers to get exciting material and then they get killed in retaliation.

The bad thing about this movie is they showed the killing of real animals that the film crew ate, but it’s f***ed up they included butchering scenes. But there’s plenty of cuts out there now that remove those scenes
