Hello. I got logged out on my usual browser but I see no option to log back in - only "Sign in with Twitter" and "Sign in with Google". Thankfully I'm still logged in on my phone or I couldn't post this, but how can I log back in?

Via logging-in to your Twitter or Facebook account and then logging-in to here or you'll have to wait or ask @S about it.

I signed in with Google and it worked. II completely forgot how this worked and panicked over nothing, lol. Thanks.
