Ok let me cut the s*** and tell the joke story. Barely anyone is talking about it so far even on youtube.

The game is a cancelled mid era Xbox 360/PS3 title, but now being released in early 2025 - the demo just came out. Going to be on Steam, and i think you can find the full thing current for free online easy.

Apparently, some random ass guy bought the rights for it from the owners who was really interested in it back in the day. It was fully advertised and literally was bout it release way back in the day. Had ads in magazines and on sites like IGN

It got cancelled even tho it was 95% finished because of IP issues. Apparently its based on a movie of the same name from the 1960s, which itself is based on a novel from the 1920s. An right before it was like 3 months out from dropping, they somehow lost the rights and couldnt do anything about it, so it was indefinetly shelveed

Idk how that issue works with the random ass guy that boughts the IP rights to the game, but either bought the right also to the IP its based on, or just said f*** it and f*** them. I actually think the 70 years of an IP rule is playing affect where it doesnt matter anymore about the owners of the movie and/or book since its now 70+ years for both - so they no longer are able to be IP owned LMAO.

SO the random ass regalr guy bought the game itself from the gaming publisher and said f*** it imma do it myself. Contacted some media sites like IGN about it early this year, produced a new trailer for the ssites mid trhis year that they agreed to (re)post about the game with it.

Released a demo few weeks ago and it comes out on Steam in a few months.

It it 98% done in the demo now. Some slight issues such as some missing effects in cutscenes and some glitch effects in gameplay, but dude said he's going to fix it as he's already done with the other 3 extra percent - for the final release by himself LOL 💀

And YES, it is what would be considered "Triple A" for back then that was legit for you X360 and PS3 and was so close to being on there. Now bro just gonna sell it on his own on Steam after fixing the final step on his own
