if u rlly want to know if something's up compare the demos of total american tourists in the dominican republic with the demos of tourists who get murdered in the dr. if there's inconsistency there, then u have a point. otherwise, the high number of black victims is probably just a consequence of a lot of american tourists to the dr being black.
