I do really like how the show emphasizes how they’re different rebel groups demonstrating their own forms of resistance through out the galaxy. How crossed up things can get to the point that they’re fighting against each other rather than the Empire.

Have an extremely hard time believing that, just kinda seems like everyone WANTS it to be kino after they've dropped almost exclusively s*** from a butt for a good couple years now

I was skeptical also before S1, but this show is not only the best Disney Star Wars by far, it’s also the best Disney+ show and a great mature sci-fi thriller overall (not just for Star Wars). It’s a totally different tone than all the other Disney Star Wars, well worth giving it a shot.
