The most recent example of Elaborate vocal harmony used in a hip hop Setting is Savage Remix.. and that’s because one of the artist (Beyonce) is a bonefide vocalist. Vocal stacking and layering is a skill and requires a certain level of musicianship that most rappers just don’t have.. unless they’re hybrid artists like Lauryn Hill.

Post malone records straight up harmonies, usually just up a 3rd or 5th interval but still nice to see the effort
