out of intrest what part makes u think cench is better than digga d, flow, cadence wordplay, songs, projects, visuals, other?

He was on a roll with 2K17 and What You Reckon (still his best song imo)

Since then the quality of his music has declined because he does things for attention (beefs everyone then makes a song about 'protecting my energy' - dude, you were the one causing problems?) and his addiction to trying to expose people and being more OJ than anyone else ended up with him going back to prison lol

I just prefer Central Cee due to beat selection, right people around him, versatility. I like a lot of US rap so it's basically that he raps about more US-centered topics (less gang stuff, more stories about d****/money/fame/breakups) than 'I poked this guy 9 times in the face and I left the weapon at this address' which is jarring to listen to at this point.

Plus he's made tunes with RAYE and FKA twigs and bare French man (can't tell me Polemique and Eurovision are not f***ing fire) as well as Asake which makes him more marketable worldwide and proves his skills outside of typical UK-based rappers.

Free DigDat as well actually because he was the GOAT at one point

  • Like he said:

'Fuck what you're thinking and f*** your opinion, that mixtape made me a million'

yh thats understandable he is easy to fit into a us artist playlist n if u enjoy that more that makes sense yh wish both digga d n digdat stayed focused they really both had the uk drill game in their hands at one point nw central has lapped then in terms of success n notoriety

think alot of rappers are shook to drop even top tiers very successful rappers like dave skepta n stormzy they seen how majority been doing low numbers (bar central) n don't wanna fall off thats why they been droppin singles then disappearing tryna guage when the best time to drop is

    Listened to everyone

    But if you want specifics:

    M1llionz
    DA
    Hitman
    V9
    Blade Brown
    Giggs
    Ghetts
    Digga
    Sav’O
    Loose1 (basically all of 1011)
    Fredo
    Ratlin
    Wretch 32
    Skepta
    DBE
    C Biz
    Nines
    All of 150
    Headie
    All of 67
    All of 410
    All of Zone 2

    List goes on

I’m not saying Central Cee is the second coming of Christ. If anything Headie is probably the best UK rapper atm.

But Cee is miles ahead of Digga

crazy looking at this list cant tell you the last certified project from anyone uk rap fans really going thru it we're malnourished by the lack of project drops

On the real it’s crazy how good Dave and Cench are as a duo imo

There’s a lot of good uk rap duos (Dave/AJ Tracey esp back in day, Headie/Stormzy) but Dave and Cee’s output is crazy
