He is accused of orchestrating a multi-million dollar real estate scheme.

I don't think he knew the scams were going on but it honestly doesn't matter what I think.
Because he put Cesar on a public platform like the Breakfast Club, both him and IHeart could be held liable for damages.
So far, Cesar has publicly said DJ Envy had nothing to do with this. However, Envy has publicly said that Cesar was his business partner and they're both shown on video trying to get investors to buy in their real estate schemes.
If the Feds find that client's money was passed through DJ Envy in any way in their investigation, then it may get more serious for him.

The first red flag is him trying to get so many people involved. You would have to get massive returns just so everyone can eat.
Him getting involved with Cesar, who just got off from jail from doing credit card scams, is another red flag.
Envy also makes real estate sounds so easy but in reality it may take time to get a good return and your success depends on your location and the market.
I don't know what the housing market is like in Jersey but the neighborhoods Cesar and DJ Envy was targeting doesn't seem like the ideal place to try to flip houses.
The location wasnt the best and then COVID f***ed them up completely. That's around the time everyone started asking for their money.

Second, word on the streets is that Cesar was associated with Fetty Waps back then, and we all seen what Fetty was dealing with. Meaning, Cesar was laundering money for Fetty and his ppls and was making tons of money. Hence the reason he was able to make ppl think he was making loads of money in return including Dj Envy. So when you look into it, it all adds up. As soon as Fetty and his peeps got picked up that’s when the problems started happening because he had no illegal revenue to launder and continue his scheme.

I heard the rumor about Cesar possibly laundering the money but I didn't how true it was or the Fetty Wap connection.
