Yes if someone is already suspectable, not like it just manifests the s*** out of nowhere and not like said person wouldn't/couldn't have developed it on their own. For the vast majority it's not that deep.

I mean yes. But it's something where you clearly have to know yourself. It's not for everybody, but having a clear mental space and proper environment makes a world of difference when dropping. I think the information goes without saying, but appreciate spreading awareness, also hate for people to be scared out of something I and many others consider almost therapeutic.
