it's moreso the fact that there is an alarming amount of people that STILL don't even know Chance even dropped a new album.

TBD era and all the tweets and s*** he was doing around that time really turned off a lot of people and unfortunately for him, it might have been a thing where he can't ever get that Acid/CB levels of popularity back.

If one thing this era has shown me is this is what a world where Chance legit not having a machine behind him really looks like. Also bro was one of the biggest liars in his prime because for all the "doing this without a label" talk, he definitely had a machine behind him pushing his s*** since the acid rap days for sure.

Meanwhile, he's done ALL the press runs, ALL the interviews, ALL the live performances on videos that are amazing...and the view counts on some of them s***s is not what we're used to as Chance fans.

What we're seeing is what "real" independent Chance with no machine looks like. So it's prolly folks that still don't like him.

P.S. Star Line is still my personal album of the year btw. But realistically I don't think "the masses" f***in wit him :(
