Chances downfall is 100% his fault. When Kid Cudi and Eminem dropped SBTH and Revival and got massive amounts of criticism, they went and made better follow up albums to shut people up. Chance just sat on his ass and hasn’t even attempted to make anything better since. Even had his entire concert tour cancelled over it. Sad!
It was Judas from the Spillage Village album, that’s what you were thinking of.
Too

Yeah features like Bad Idea, PTSD and Judas make you wonder how the f*** The Big Day came to be. Like obviously he not touching Acid Rap level, but I think he has it in him to still make good music.
he a better husband than rapper

But even those drop like near a year or more from their bad albums. Chance just dropped last year.
he's still wearing the 3 hats
must be why he's capping so hard!

Em was 8 months.
Cudi was originally going to drop in September, but he pushed it back to December 2016 because of him going to rehab.
Your point is valid, but these guys almost immediately started working on a new album after the previous one flopped. We know Em recorded Greatest in January 2018 with Mike Will Made It and Cudi recorded the first 3 songs for PP&DS during the Pablo sessions.
It’s been a year and a half and Chance has shown zero indication he’s working on a follow up to The Big Day. If I’m wrong, feel free to correct me.
less time on radio shows and more time in the booth and cooking up rhymes i think will be the best route of redemption for chance.
making a statement like this isn't helping his PR with the hip-hop community.
