People didn't care about the song but it debuted at #1 and is still #12 in its second week. And it's not even a single lmao.
A slow R&B song thats 5+ minutes and dropped it a day late and still went #1 like cmon lol

sounds like people objectively cared then lol . I've seen much bigger drops from shorter songs that were actually made to be catchy
It immadieatly left number 1 tho? Yall clown Nicki for having her fans boost a song to number 1 for a week before it drops from the charts but yall ain't giving Drake the same energy?
Thats because her #1s don’t be organic
Mass buying is how artists like her and
BTS have gotten #1s recently.
Drake dropped an album cut and didn’t even attempt to promote it afterwards
And you look like an idiot for saying nobody cared about a song thats still in the top 15

Genuinely wondering how it isn’t a single

So now it's not a single? lol be for real. Yall look pathetic with this level of coping

It was never a single. The basic requirement for a song to be considered a single is that it's sent to radio. It wasn't. Doja Cat dropped 4 songs off her album before it was released and still, the only 2 singles off her album so far are Paint the Town Red and Agora Hills.

whos paying you to suck off charlamagne like this???

A single is technically a song that's sent to radio. It used to be called that because back in the day, you'd only release singles if they were getting pushed as promotional efforts before the album arrived. The streaming era changed all that because now, J. Cole can drop an interlude as the first offering from an album that doesn't get pushed on radio/doesn't get a music video (clearly not a single) just so fans have an idea of what the album will sound like. That's basically what Slime You Out was. It was Drake dropping an album cut as an offering to fans for delaying the album.

You're projecting. I made one post and yall came out the woodwork riding Drake's meat as if this song did not just come and go. Stop responding to my posts with yall copes. Drake took an L and that's ok

Exactly. The song isn't a single. Anyone can listen to that and know that. It's not single material. Drake will have tons of slappers on his album that'll work better as singles but he decided to release that song in particular for whatever reason.
People are acting like he dropped a rap banger and it flopped or something lmao.

Fair enough

They need to cry about everything Drake does because it kills them that he's the only one that can do it as organically as he does lmao.
