    Takeaways last night

LaMelo has the potential to be a once-in-a-generation passer, he played pretty solid defense, ran the offense well, and pushed the tempo. I did not like most of the shots he took.

PJ didn’t have a big game, but he seemed to be playing so much looser and seemed to have the ball in his hands more to make decisions. I think he could have a big year this year.

Gordon played very well, I think he’ll at least be in the consideration for an All-Star nod this year. He's really a swiss army knife and does a lot without demanding the ball much.

Miles was aggressive attacking the basket, which I hope is something he can stick with. Because despite his ability to jump out of the gym, I always felt like he was pretty soft on drives not really wanting to challenge other players at the rim.

hope that once in a generation passing really materializes, we said the same thing about Lonzo. And I think Melo's shot selection will improve in time. That's still the kid in him thinking he could chunk up everything

Lonzo is an amazing passer. Makes passes I only see Lebron make.

Y’all trashed us on that Plumlee trade.

Dudes such a solid all around role player, AND you were able to somehow move up 20 draft spots too

Yeah was super surprised when I saw that

People also acted like Plumlee's contract was an overpay last year... 8m a year seems solid price for him

It’s insanely solid when you consider how big the salary cap is
