If you know Chicago at all and know the history of that neighborhood then you can understand why people would be mad at this. Latinos in Chicago are being priced out of their own neighborhoods and Logan Square is now a trendy area in the city that white people are flocking to in mass. One of my wealthy friends is in the process of moving to that neighborhood right now. Something like this adds insult to injury and is an unfortunate visible target.
