It's been posted on the usual hip-hop Twitter and IG accounts. He has also posted the release date on his three IG accounts through last week as well.

A listening party for an album a week or two before its release is pretty normal. I'd say if there's another single released at the end of this coming week then it's safe to assume July 19th is the true release date that he's sticking to.

He did mention that Jorja just sent him another verse for their song just two days ago and what he played was an older version. I'm sure it probably doesn't take much to add the new verse, but that does technically mean he's still working on some things.
