I haven’t been following this rollout at all tbh, didn’t even know this was dropping but from 2012-2016 Gambino was probably my favorite artist so of course I had to tap into the last Childish Gambino album.

And bro this album was f***ing fantastic, there was a couple joints that wasnt my cup of tea but for the most part he bodied this entire album! I actually love the flow of it, i think it kinda shows Gambino isn’t an artist you can easily pin down he’s all over the place its just a bunch of good ideas flowing. I’d say this is easily his best album besides BTI for me.

Childish Gambino as a project changed my life, and I think this is the perfect note to retire it on. Crazy we’re at this point from Camp lol

Survive, Steps Beach, Real Love, Yoshinoya, No Excuses, and Running Around were my favorites

Intro is the first time he’s really talked his s*** on his own project since STN MTN hits different when you think about how much he’s done in his career in between

Bruh Zealots one of the best songs ever

Cool album overall, but i'd put it below BTI, and Awaken My Love. I may put it just a tad bit below 3.15.20(I prefer the original release over Atavista). But definitely better than Camp.

I would argue track 1-4 are 4 of the best songs of his career.
There's some cool songs mixed throughout. 5-9 is a pretty solid run of songs imo.

Unfortunately I think it's a bit hit or miss after that.

Overall I'd say it's a solid album though
